Terms of Service

The service

Raid-Calender is run privately and free of charge. It is provided as is, with no guarantee that it will always work, be available or be free of errors.

The service may change, pause or shut down at any time. We are not liable for lost sign-ups, missed raids or other consequences of the service not working.

Acceptable use

Use the bot and the dashboard for what they are for: planning and signing up for raids.

Do not try to access other servers' data, overload the service, get around permissions, or use it for spam or harassment. Doing so can get a user or server cut off.

Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines also apply.

Content

Raid leaders are responsible for the titles, descriptions and anything else they enter. It is shown to the members of their server.

Premium

Some features for raid leaders are part of Premium, bought per server. Everything players do — signing up, seeing the roster, getting reminders — is and stays free.

While Premium is a preview, the Premium features are free for every server.

Founding offer: servers that have created at least one raid before Premium launches get Premium free for three months after launch. The offer is per server and cannot be exchanged for money.

Premium is bought as a subscription in Discord. Payment, cancellation and any refunds are handled by Discord under Discord's terms. When a subscription ends the Premium features lock, but nothing saved with them is deleted.

Trademarks

World of Warcraft and related names and icons are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment. Raid-Calender is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment or Discord.

Changes
